Total Warranty Coverage
All PHE inverters come with a comprehensive 42-month warranty covering the entire product, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use conditions.
Component-Specific Warranty
- Inverter Transformers: Covered for 42 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Other Parts: Covered for 24 months from the date of purchase, including all other components of the inverter not classified as transformers.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as indicated on the original sales receipt.
- The warranty is valid only for products purchased from PHE or authorized dealers.
- Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or natural disasters.
